Self-doubt steals more joy and dreams than failure ever will. Today I want to talk about  self-doubt because it is a destructive trait. There’s no way to sugar-coat it or dress it up.  It’s the epicentre of negativity and fear to me.   Self-doubt is the lack of confidence about one’s own abilities and actions. Procrastination: The only action that doesn’t involve an action 

Procrastination is a thief of time and quality. When you procrastinate you rob yourself of the chance to produce things to the highest standard and give yourself a greater chance of failure. Avoiding doing a task doesn’t mean it will go away, it just gives you more stress and less time to do it.
